New LG laptop, Win Speakers work for all apps except Zoom. Hope they address this serious issue, as Zoom is currently unusable to me. Same problem. Zoom audio worked just fine last night. This morning it fails to detect audio.

I have an issue with my Dell XPS 13 where my microphone on Zoom does not pick up my voice even when I am speaking loudly. If it does pick up my voice, which is very rare, it cuts off the first part of my sentence and is very quiet. I do not have this problem when using Zoom on my phone.

But I need to be able to use Zoom on my laptop for work. I have tried changing the microphones in the Zoom settings but it doesn't help. I have checked my microphone settings and they are all on. The microphone works well with other applications like Facebook Hangouts.
